As you are aware, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, Evelina London Hospital for Children and Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust use the MIA System to validate and monitor commercial visitors.

In line with other paediatric specialist facilities across the UK, the following hospitals will now require the credentials specified below.

• Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children - Enhanced DBS, MMR, Hep B and Chickenpox
• Evelina London Hospital for Children - Enhanced DBS, MMR, Hep B and Chickenpox
• Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich - Women's and Children's Services - Enhanced DBS, MMR, Hep B and Chickenpox
• University Hospital Lewisham - Women's and Children's Services - Enhanced DBS, MMR, Hep B and Chickenpox

Please ensure that you:

• Hold a valid and in-date MIA Membership (details available here).
• Register all visits through the MIA Appointment Booking System at least 48 hours in advance. 
• Download and use the MIA Smartphone App, and wear your physical MIA badge while on-site.
