As a Medical Industry Accredited (MIA) representative, thank you for your continued support of healthcare organisations across the UK.
East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust uses MIA to manage supplier access and has asked us to remind all MIA members of the key steps to follow before attending site.
To help maintain a safe, secure and efficient environment, please ensure all visits are registered through MIA before attending the hospital.
Before attending hospital, please ensure that:
✅ Your MIA membership is current and active.
✅ You have selected the correct hospital site.
✅ You have chosen the correct department, ward or hospital contact.
✅ The reason for your visit accurately reflects the purpose of your attendance.
✅ Your visit details are updated or cancelled if your plans change.
✅ You meet the credentialing requirements for the hospital and department you are visiting.
