Dear {{customFields.573887}},

We hope you are well.

As an MIA cardholder, we would like to thank you for your continued support in working with healthcare organisations across the UK.

As part of the relaunch of MIA within Theatres, we would like to remind you that all visitors attending the hospital are required to register their visit through MIA for any department they are visiting.

Registering every visit helps hospital teams maintain accurate visibility of visitors on site, prepare for planned visits, and support a safe, secure and efficient visiting process.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we relaunch the use of MIA within Theatres.

Before attending a hospital, please click here to follow our top tips

☑️ 1. Book in Advance

Please log your visit 24–48 hours before attending (unless it’s a genuine emergency or trauma case).
Early booking = smoother access + better coordination.

☑️ 2. Wear Your MIA ID Badge

Your badge shows you’re approved, trained, and ready to be on site.
Make sure it’s visible at all times.

☑️ 3. Check In & Out via the App

Download the MIA App: Get the app here

  • Check in when you arrive
  • Check out when you leave

It’s quick, easy — and helps keep hospitals safe and accountable.
