The Royal Gwent Hospital, part of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, kindly reminds all visiting suppliers that staff in Theatres and Pre-Operative Assessment will not tolerate tailgating behind employees arriving for work. If you are visiting a member of staff within these departments, please ensure that your visit takes place during their working hours. Representatives must not arrive before their hospital contact has started work for the day.

As per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for visiting Company Representatives, all company representatives must be booked in via MIA 48hrs in advance unless in mitigating circumstances.

We strongly advise all supplier representatives to familiarise themselves with the SOP prior to undertaking any visits to the aforementioned hospitals. We have linked a copy of the SOP below.
