The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham would like to reaffirm their rules of engagement for those entering clinically sensitive areas.
Moving forward, your appointment must be booked through the MIA System 48 hours in advance. The Trust also ask that representatives clearly state why they are visiting. If, for any reason the information you provide is not clear, you will be turned away by the Trust staff.
- No jewellery
- No nail polish
- No fake nails
- Longer hair must be tied back.
Representatives who are new to the Trust should contact the management team, to ensure an induction takes place.
Those who are found to not follow these rules will be asked to leave site immediately, and those who repeatedly ignore Trust policy could be prevented future access to the Trust.
