We would like to remind you that when attending North East London Procurement Partnership (NELPP) sites, only prearranged visits are acceptable. Please also be aware that no new products or trials can be authorised without the prior knowledge of the Procurement Service.

NELPP sites include:

• Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust - King George Hospital, Queen’s Hospital, Romford. 
• Barts Health NHS Trust – Mile End Hospital, Newham University Hospital, St Bartholomew's Hospital, The Royal London Hospital and Whipps Cross Hospital
• Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust – Homerton University Hospital and St Leonards' Hospital
• North East London NHS Foundation Trust

These requirements help ensure that visits are appropriately coordinated and that any new products or trials follow the correct procurement processes.

Please log your visit 24–48 hours before attending (unless it’s a genuine emergency or trauma case).
Early booking = smoother access + better coordination.

Your badge shows you’re approved, trained, and ready to be on site.
Make sure it’s visible at all times.
