We’re pleased to share that Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will be expanding its use of the MIA service to include Cardiology and Cath Labs from 1st October 2025.

As part of this rollout, MIA will be used to manage and verify all commercial suppliers and external visitors — including MedTech and Pharma representatives, Service Engineers, and Clinical Trainers — helping ensure compliance, safety, and smooth access across these departments.

What You Need to Know – Action Required from 1st October 2025

The Trust will enforce a strict 'No Card, No Appointment, No Entry' policy for all external visitors. To ensure smooth access:

✅ Hold a valid MIA Membership
Check your membership status or join MIA here

✅ Book all visits at least 48 hours in advance via the
MIA Appointment Booking System

✅ Download the MIA App
Get the app here
And wear your MIA ID badge during all on-site visits
