Hi {{customFields.573887}},

We are delighted to inform you that Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is expanding its use of the MIA system to manage all supplier visits, including pharmaceutical representatives, across the following additional clinical areas:

  • Rheumatology

  • Infectious Diseases

  • Neurology

  • Nephrology

  • Pain Clinic

  • Plastic Surgery

  • Microbiology

  • Accident & Emergency (A&E)

To ensure you remain compliant, please ensure that you:

1️⃣ Book in Advance

Please log your visit 24–48 hours before attending, unless it is a genuine emergency or trauma case.

Early booking helps ensure smoother access and better coordination on site.

2️⃣ Wear Your MIA ID Badge

Your MIA badge confirms that you are approved, trained, and authorised to be on site.

Please ensure it is visible at all times while visiting.

3️⃣ Check In and Out via the App

  • Check in when you arrive

  • Check out when you leave

This is quick and easy to do and helps hospitals maintain safety, security, and accountability.
