Dear {{customFields.573887}}, |
|
We have been asked to contact all supplier company representatives as there has been an increase in visits being logged to the wrong location, which is causing some confusion amongst staff across Theatres and Day Case Units at Royal Derby Hospital.
When registering a visit, please ensure that the correct Theatre/Day Case Unit is selected, or individuals within the department will not receive a notification of your intent to visit them, and this may cause delay and disruption to your visit.
Below is the current pathway representatives should take, ensuring they have selected the correct Theatre environment:
- University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust
- Royal Derby Hospital
- Theatres and DCU
- Elective Hub
- General Theatres
- Hand DCU
- Ophthalmology Day Case/Eye Theatres
- Ortho Theatres
- Recovery
- Urology DCU
- Women's and Children's Theatres
- Obstetrics and Gynae Theatres
- Paediatric Theatres
Moving forward, all commercial supplier representatives will be expected to register their visits, giving as much notice as possible. |
