Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust would like to remind all suppliers of their use of the MIA System to manage and verify all those visiting their hospital sites.
They require all visiting commercial suppliers providing clinical support to:
- Upload evidence of Hepatitis B inoculation.
- Upload evidence of Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccination.
- Upload evidence of Varicella Zoster (chickenpox) immunity or vaccination.
- Upload evidence of an Enhanced DBS certificate (dated within the last three years)
- Wear their MIA badge while on site.
- Ensure that they have pre-registered their visits through the MIA Appointment Booking System at least 48 hours in advance, unless called for urgent cases.
