Moving forward, all commercial supplier representatives and service engineers will be expected to register their visits, giving as much notice as possible.

What You Need to Know – Action Required:

The Trust expect all commercial suppliers to have registered their visit as far in advance as possible. To ensure smooth access and to prevent any disruption to your planned visit:

✅ Hold a valid MIA Membership
Check your membership status or join MIA here

✅ Book all visits at least 48 hours in advance (where possible) via the
MIA Appointment Booking System

✅ Download the MIA App
Get the app here
And wear your MIA ID badge during all on-site visits
