On Saturday, April 12, 2025, we will upgrade to Deskpro Horizon which is the latest version of the Deskpro software, featuring a redesigned interface for both Admins and Agents (.ie staff).
For registrars, there will be some small changes to the look and feel of DeskPro, but no changes have been made to features like the Help Centre or Messenger.
This upgrade will entail a complete outage of DeskPro, the TITAN Portal and EPP production systems.
