As an MIA cardholder, we would like to thank you for your continued support in working with healthcare organisations across the UK.

We would like to make you aware that LASE Cosmetic is now using MIA within Theatres.

When attending LASE Cosmetic Theatres, please ensure that all visits are registered in advance through MIA. This ensures that Theatre staff are aware of your planned visit and can prepare accordingly.

Please also be aware that the following credentials are required for Theatre visits:

• Basic DBS
• Hepatitis B (Hep B)

Please ensure that your credentials are valid and up to date before registering your visit.

☑️ 1. Book in Advance

Please log your visit 24–48 hours before attending (unless it’s a genuine emergency or trauma case).
Early booking = smoother access + better coordination.

☑️ 2. Wear Your MIA ID Badge

Your badge shows you’re approved, trained, and ready to be on site.
Make sure it’s visible at all times.
