We have been asked to contact all representatives who may visit University Hospital Lewisham or Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich.

With immediate effect, all visitors to Theatres at either hospital must register their visits at least 48 hours in advance where possible. This is to ensure that staff have enough time to confirm your visit.

What You Need to Know – Action Required:

The Trust expects all commercial suppliers to have registered their visit as far in advance as possible. To ensure smooth access and to prevent any disruption to your planned visit:

✅ Hold a valid MIA Membership
Check your membership status or join MIA here

✅ Book all visits at least 48 hours in advance (where possible) via the
MIA Appointment Booking System

✅ Download the MIA App

And wear your MIA ID badge during all on-site visits
