Dear {{customFields.573887}}, |
|
We have been asked to contact all supplier company representatives as there has been an increase in visits not being logged to Theatres across Hywel Dda University Health Board in South West Wales.
We would like to remind all visitors, that visits must be registered, as far in advance as possible to the Theatre departments at the following hospitals:
- Amman Valley Hospital in Ammanford
- Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth
- Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen
- Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli
- Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest
All suppliers should also be aware that all five Theatre or Day Surgery sites require you to hold an in-date DBS certificate (issued within the last 3 years), and Hepatitis B inoculation. Representatives that do not have these credentials uploaded to their profiles will face disruption to their visit. |
