MIA Membership updates

MIA Membership ID Card process

Once you submit your profile form, a physical MIA ID card will be sent to your company’s pre-arranged address. If you do not receive it within 10–14 days, please notify us immediately to avoid a £30 + VAT reprinting fee. Missing cards must be reported within one month of approval.

DBS Certificate Renewal
If your DBS Certificate has expired or is nearing expiration, you may receive an email from our Customer Services team requesting an updated certificate.

Please note: If you have multiple certificates on file and one has expired, this may also trigger a notification.

To remain compliant:

  • Upload a clear copy of a DBS Certificate dated within the last three years to your MIA profile. (as required by Hospitals)
  • If you subscribe to the DBS Update Service, you may submit a screenshot of your membership instead. Ensure it includes full details and expiry date.
