1. Book in Advance Please log your visit before attending (unless it’s a genuine emergency or trauma case). Early booking = smoother access + better coordination. |

2. Wear Your MIA ID Badge
Your badge shows you’re approved, trained, and ready to be on site.
Make sure it’s visible at all times. |

3. Check In & Out via the App

- Check in when you arrive
- Check out when you leave
