Any representative visiting these departments will be expected to register their visits as far in advance as possible.
Senior staff and coordinators in Theatres and Cath Labs, along with the Procurement Department, will be monitoring the system to ensure that visitors are registering their visits. |

We we like to remind all cardholders of the requirements for entry to Theatres and Cath Labs at Alder Hey Children's Hospital.
All visiting representatives should ensure that they hold an Enhanced DBS (dated within the last three years), proof of immunity to MMR and Hepatitis B, and either proof of vaccination or immunisation against chickenpox.
Please ensure that you have registered your visit in advance. |

| | Liverpool Women's Hospital have relaunched their use of the MIA System across the hospital.
The Trust are in the final stages of confirming the exact department list where visits will be expected to be logged. In the meantime, the Trust ask you to kindly make use of the 'Other areas' option, if your visit is to a department not currently set up on the system. |
