Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust would like to inform all suppliers of an important update regarding clinical samples and site visit protocols:

? Clinical Samples
Please be advised that no clinical samples may be brought on site without prior approval from the Theatre Matron.

? Mandatory Use of the MIA Platform
We would also like to strongly remind all suppliers that the use of the MIA (Medical Industry Accredited) platform is mandatory for all hospital visits — including, but not limited to, Theatres, DTC, TSSU, and Trauma and Orthopaedics.

Please note that cold calling is strictly prohibited, and all visitors to TSSU, Trauma and Orthopaedics, and Theatres must sign the visitors book at Theatre Reception upon arrival for fire safety purposes.

Before and during your visit, please ensure the following:

✅ Pre-register your site visit on the MIA platform prior to arrival
✅ Wear your MIA Membership card visibly at all times while on site
✅ Check in for your appointment using the MIA App upon arrival
