We would also like to share some important updates regarding our Christmas opening hours and ID card deliveries during this period.
MIA ID Card Delivery:
With Christmas just around the corner, we anticipate potential delays in the delivery of ID cards over the coming weeks.
All of our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, and following recent disruptions caused by Storm Darragh, we’ve already noticed some delays reported by clients. Unfortunately, the resulting backlog is likely to impact deliveries further as we move closer to the holidays.
In the meantime, those with cards due to renew or recently renewed, you can download a PDF copy of your card from
the website, or you can view your card
via the MIA App.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time, and we’ll do everything we can to support you.

Tuesday 24th December - 9am to 1pm
Wednesday 25th December - Closed
Thursday 26th December - Closed
Friday 27th December - 9am to 5pm
Monday 30th December - 9am to 5pm
Tuesday 31st December - 9am to 5pm
Wednesday 1st January - Closed
Thursday 2nd January - Normal business hours commence
