We are writing to you today to announce the expansion of MIA usage at Royal Stoke University Hospital in the Endoscopy Department. Moving forward, all commercial suppliers will be expected to register their visits as far in advance as possible, prior to visiting the department.

What You Need to Know – Action Required:
The Trust expect all commercial suppliers to have registered their visit as far in advance as possible. To ensure smooth access and to prevent any disruption to your planned visit:
✅ Hold a valid MIA Membership
Check your membership status or join MIA here
✅ Book all visits at least 48 hours in advance (where possible) via the
MIA Appointment Booking System
✅ Download the MIA App

And wear your MIA ID badge during all on-site visits |
