Dear {{customFields.573887}},

We would like to inform all visitors to The Royal Liverpool University Hospital that the MIA System has now been rolled out to cover the Clinical Administrative Floor (9th Floor).

This means that all individuals visiting Clinical Offices, Secretaries, Consultants, or any other areas located on the 9th Floor must ensure that their visit has been registered via the MIA platform.

Please note: Whilst the area itself is not clinical, staff working within these offices regularly handle sensitive patient information. Therefore, all representatives must arrange for a member of Trust staff to accompany or chaperone them when accessing the 9th Floor offices.

In addition, it has been noted that some representatives have been bringing hospitality into these areas for office staff. Whilst this is not prohibited, we would like to remind all representatives that any hospitality provided must remain modest and appropriate, be reasonable and not lavish, and be secondary to a legitimate business, educational, or training purpose.

What You Need to Know – Action Required:

The Trust expect all commercial suppliers to have registered their visit as far in advance as possible. To ensure smooth access and to prevent any disruption to your planned visit:
