We’re excited to announce that Aberdeen Maternity Hospital (part of NHS Grampian) will officially launch MIA on 18th May 2026!

This rollout will initially focus on their Maternity Theatre suites, where MIA will be used to manage and verify all commercial suppliers and external visitors — including MedTech and Pharma reps, Service Engineers, and Clinical Trainers.

📢 What You Need to Know – Action Required from 18th May 2026

The Board will enforce a strict 'No Card, No Appointment, No Entry' policy for all external visitors. To ensure smooth access:

✅ Hold a valid MIA Membership
🔗 Check your membership status or join MIA here

✅ Book all visits at least 48 hours in advance via the
MIA Appointment Booking System

✅ Download the MIA App
📲 Get the app here
And wear your MIA ID badge during all on-site visits
