Dear {{customFields.573887}},

We hope you are well.

As an MIA cardholder, we would like to thank you for your continued support in working with healthcare organisations across the UK.

We would like to remind you that when visiting Theatres at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, all representatives are required to bring their physical MIA ID card with them.

Upon arrival, your MIA ID card will need to be exchanged for an access badge, which will provide you with the required access to Theatres.

Please ensure you have your physical MIA ID card with you before attending to help avoid any delays in accessing the department.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation in helping us maintain effective visiting processes across healthcare organisations.

Before attending a hospital, please click here to follow our top 10 tips

1. Book in Advance

Please log your visit 24–48 hours before attending (unless it’s a genuine emergency or trauma case).
Early booking = smoother access + better coordination.

2. Wear Your MIA ID Badge

Your badge shows you’re approved, trained, and ready to be on site.
Make sure it’s visible at all times.

3. Check In & Out via the App

Download the MIA App: Get the app here
