ST LEONARDS ON SEA, England, 26th January, 2026 — Veesus, a leader in cutting-edge reality visualisation and animation software, today announced the release of Arena4U, a new, user-friendly data-sharing platform designed to make collaboration effortless, transparent and accessible – with no hidden costs. Available as either an on-premises or cloud-hosted solution, Arena4U simplifies data sharing and real-time collaboration, significantly improving the user experience when managing complex 3D projects.

Where many companies struggle to get data to the customer securely and safely, Arena4U is designed to bring together all the different project data, together with existing viewing solutions and allow it to be shared in an intuitive way - providing all users with the same “source of truth”. For example, users can be granted permission to view data without any data transfer necessary. An in-built messaging and note-exhanging system provides the basis for remote collaboration. Arena4U provides a data streaming platform to avoid data transfer of huge files between users.

Most importantly, Arena4U solves the issue of high costs that come with storing and processing large data volumes in the cloud. When deploying Arena4U on-premises, organizations can realize huge cost savings by avoiding high ongoing data costs of traditional cloud solutions.

Product features

 With Arena4U, users can:

  • Copy URLs and stream data directly into their visualisation software of choice, bringing data to where it is needed most.
  • Choose between cloud or local storage, offering total flexibility – you decide who has access to which data.
  • Share different collaborative data types, including videos, Gaussian Splats, Point Clouds, IFC BIM models, PDFs, and more through one simple, secure platform. Arena4U can host any data file which can be viewed in a web browser. Additionally, it can also host URLs to other platforms or dashboards, which essentially gives you a central repository that ties together all your different data.

Data sharing and access are often major pain points in collaborative 3D projects. Collaborators frequently find themselves sending URLs back and forth by email. These emails are easily overlooked or lost, and the data links themselves may expire over time, rendering them unusable. Arena4U simplifies the sharing of 3D data by seamlessly integrating external URLs, enabling different types of collaborative data to be accessed and explored from a single environment.

Deployment options – guaranteeing full data ownership

Arena4U is a server-based application that can be deployed on the user’s own infrastructure or in the cloud:

  •  On-premises deployment gives users complete control over their own infrastructure. Arena4U is installed on their servers for maximum security and compliance.
  • Cloud-hosted deployment means zero maintenance for the organisation, with Arena4U available instantly. Veesus handles the infrastructure so end users can focus entirely on 3D project collaboration.

Arena4U allows businesses to share data both internally and externally with customers, while maintaining full ownership of their data. The entire platform – and, crucially, the data – remains under the customer’s control at all times. User-defined rules determine who can access specific data via user account authorisation.

Arena4U also supports public data sharing, for example when incorporating platform data into a public website, such as 3D scan data of houses on a real estate agent’s website. In addition, Arena4U can be branded to reflect the customer’s identity using their own company branding. The platform is available through multiple licensing models. Licensing of Arena4U will allow users to access Veesus desktop software, for building the data to be shared by Arena4U.

Fully configurable, Arena4U integrates easily into existing workflows and software environments. For example, it can render different types of data in the customer’s viewer of choice, such as streaming directly into CAD software or the XGRIDS LCC Viewer, using only a remote data link as the data source. This video demonstrates how Arena4U is used for real-time collaboration and how data is accessed and streamed through a range of integrated tools.

A solution without hidden costs

“With Arena4U, we set out to create a solution that makes sharing and managing large, complex 3D data easier, while also being fully transparent in its pricing. Arena4U is a server application designed and developed by Veesus. At its core, it is a Docker application that can run anywhere a Docker system can be initialised. This keeps the entire platform – including the data – under the customer’s control. We will be providing both Windows installers and the tools required to deploy to Docker in the cloud for users who wish to take that path. With Arena4U, users can be confident their data is secure and managed within a single environment. There are no hidden costs, and users remain in control of their data at all times,” concludes Mark Christy, Technology Director at Veesus.
